Domestic Short Hair - Gray - Boom - Medium - Young - Male - Cat
Boom was born sometime around September of xxxx. While still a kitten, he was diagnosed with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and placed on a special diet. Our veterinary staff believes this may well have been a misdiagnosis. While we cannot be 100% certain of that, we have transitioned him to a regular diet and he's been doing beautifully on it for weeks now (it's 8/18/13 as I write this). One staffer describes Boom as "a little crazy, but he can be very sweet". We know that he gets stressed/overstimulated easily; he also has instances of inappropriate elimination, perhaps because he does get upset easily. We believe it would be better for him to be in a home with no small children, and we think he'd do best as an only cat. He requires a patient, gentle adopter. Boom is medium-sized. He has the most gorgeous gray coat; the coloring really reminds us of a Russian blue. He's also got a small white star on his chest, and pale green eyes. He's a young animal with a lot of life in him; all he needs now is someone willing to take a chance on him.
